I Thought About This and This is How I Feeled
I thought about this is how I felt. Those are good thoughts. Then I started to think more deeply and started to wonder about how I felt. When I asked myself what I would have done differently, I realized that the answer was different from what I was thinking before. This made me realize that I didn’t actually feel any different and I was still feeling the same way as I did in the past. I realized that I should have stopped thinking about this and instead focused on my feelings and emotions.
